Flow It Forward | Benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charleston

Join us for an all-levels yoga flow dedicated to raising money for charities we love. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this class invites you to move at your own pace, honor your unique practice, connect with your breath, and enjoy the shared energy of practicing with others.

Flow it Forward is $20/person.

100% of proceeds will directly benefit RMHC Meals That Heal program, which provides warm, home-cooked meals to families staying at the House while their child receives medical care nearby. Additional donations may be given on-site after class!
